RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Preganica. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@fenicia.store with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at support@fenicia.store.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
